Mail Wise is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The email drafts, outreach notes and context you type into the composer, and the messages generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To draft and refine your emails, save them to your account, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Text you submit is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce your drafts. Mail Wise composes drafts; it does not read your inbox unless a feature you use explicitly asks for text you paste in.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI drafting), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your drafts are kept while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
