Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mail Wise, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service drafts emails and outreach messages with AI from the context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending: check facts, names and tone. Outreach you send must comply with anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) and the rules of your email provider — no purchased lists, no deceptive subject lines, and honor opt-outs.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text you write and the drafts generated for you, subject to these terms. Do not use the service for phishing, fraud, harassment or impersonation.

Credits and payment

Drafting features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and no reply or sales outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
